Eriksholm The Stolen Dream is a story driven game that begins with the disappearance of Hannah’s brother, Herman. When law enforcement initiates a pursuit of Herman, the heroine’s personal search sets off a chain of events that will affect her family and the fate of the entire city. The setting is a Scandinavian metropolis inspired by the atmosphere of the urban centers of Northern Europe in the early 1900s. Every street and alley provides an opportunity for cover, but also contains new obstacles and pursuers. Hannah must cooperate with allies to uncover the secrets of this place and stay one step ahead of the enemies hunting her.

The gameplay in Eriksholm The Stolen Dream is based on an isometric perspective and stealth. The gamer will have to control a squad of three characters, switching between them to use their unique skills. These abilities are necessary for gaining access to previously inaccessible areas, solving environmental puzzles and successfully overcoming encounters with enemies. The core gameplay revolves around observing patrol routes, using shadows and physical cover, and using distractions to evade detection.
