Snacktorio is a level-based factory simulator, a 2D platformer where you build automated kitchens to feed an ever-growing population of hungry monsters. As the head chef of a kitchen crew, you'll design production lines using mixers, ovens, fryers, sorting machines, and pipelines to mass-produce dishes inspired by cuisines around the world, all while taking into account the specific tastes and food intolerances of each monster. The game realistically simulates the properties of ingredients dairy curdles when exposed to heat, nuts spread allergens, meat carries the risk of food poisoning, and dough rises over time creating complex culinary puzzles that scale into vast automated networks.

Across 55 levels spanning six islands, each location introduces new ingredients, mechanics, and hazards that challenge your factory designs in increasingly bizarre ways. The later part of the game introduces experimental elements: void-powered machines, liquids with additives, steaming, and multi-level dessert conveyor belts, taking the simulator into strange territory. You'll need to prevent contamination, control food spoilage, manage allergens, and maintain production under pressure to prevent the islands from becoming monster dinners. The game supports modding and custom level creation, allowing you to share challenges with other players. Developed by ellraiser, this casual simulation will test your factory optimization skills without the pretense of a typical restaurant management game. A portion of the proceeds goes to charities fighting hunger and preventing food waste.
