Will you rent out your apartment to young students or an older cat lover. Who will be the least problematic. Solve a variety of problems skillfully balancing the wishes of the client and the complaints of neighbors. Personally invent and implement design solutions to increase the attractiveness of your rental housing. You will start your business from small slum apartments.
