HumanitZ takes you to a scary post-apocalyptic environment infested with ravenous zombies. This survival action game offers a variety of gameplay options, designed for both solo and cooperative squads. Set in a desert landscape, heroes navigate a vast open world collecting vital resources, arming themselves to the teeth, and driving vehicles. In addition, players are given the opportunity to create their own fortified shelters, make basic necessities, and obtain food through hunting and fishing.

Taking inspiration from such classic zombie action films, HumanitZ strives for an authentic portrayal of survival in a world overrun by the undead. It emphasizes the importance of choice when even the smallest action can lead to serious consequences. The dynamic cycle of day and night, capricious weather conditions, treacherous natural obstacles all this affects the player’s experience. A variety of undead, each with their own characteristics, challenge the player at every turn. Some move sluggishly, making them relatively easy targets, while others run at alarming speed. Some zombies, notably, can use weapons or drive vehicles, which pose an increased threat. The inclusion of hostile human AI further raises the stakes, emphasizing the need for stealth, careful strategy, and teamwork to overcome the odds.
