Blacksmith Master is a medieval simulation and strategy game where you run your own blacksmith shop. You will manage all aspects of blacksmithing — from gathering raw materials with miners and lumberjacks to manufacturing and selling finished products. Create a workshop layout, fulfill royal orders to unlock new features, and hire specialized staff whose skills improve over time. You can create a variety of historically inspired items, including weapons, armor, tools, and jewelry, with different crafting processes requiring multiple steps such as heating, hammering, hardening, and sharpening.

As your reputation grows, expand your business with additional floors and advanced manufacturing technologies. The game offers a flexible management style do the blacksmithing yourself or delegate it entirely to your employees. Balance investment in employee happiness with profit, developing a range of products and optimizing production chains to become a true master of blacksmithing.
