Wayblazer Dammerung is a large-scale JRPG set in the Eushully universe, where decades after the founding of the Mykelti kingdom, power has become extortion and knights are tools of corruption. Two scavengers embark on a journey across the land, slaying monsters for rare materials and gradually approaching the source of the rot, deciding whether to rebel against their own crown. You are presented with a vast map of interconnected cities with trade centers, orders, and isometric dungeons. After the prologue, your route is not forced: you can strengthen your team, complete quests, or head straight for dangerous regions.

Your decisions influence available events, relationships with characters, and the direction of the story. A trust system forms the basis for interaction with the world. Relationships with cities and companions unlock new scenes, expand the selection of shops, and provide advantages in battle. Turn-based combat requires careful consideration of speed, equipment, and skill timing, while minigames allow you to earn resources to further strengthen your team.
