"FD 27 Direct Your Football Club" is a football club management simulation developed and published by Syra Games. The game puts the player in the office instead of the bench. Here the user is the owner and the CEO, the person who decides the direction of the club from the ground up. Tactics and formations stay out of the picture. The real job is choosing the people who handle them.

Every season turns into a management test. The budget is limited, the squad needs reinforcements, the coaching staff may not be up to the task, and the fans demand results. The player must build a structure that works: find the right coach, surround him with the right team, and give him the players he needs to compete. Success brings results, while failure brings consequences.

The game reproduces the real structure of a professional football club. Beyond the squad, the player manages a complete organization with four departments that need to work together: Sporting Direction, Medical Department, Marketing, and Financial Department. Each one contains staff members with their own attributes, performance, and salary. Hiring and firing decisions are in the player's hands.

Every hire changes the club. A good sporting director brings better signing options in the transfer market. The head of medical decides how players recover from injuries and how fast they return to the pitch. Marketing affects the ability to attract sponsors and generate revenue. The financial area keeps the accounts in order, or not, depending on who runs it. One mediocre hire can echo through the whole season.

Version 0.1 already offers a solid base. Two countries are available, Spain and England, with six divisions in total. The database holds more than 6,000 players, over 1,500 staff members, and more than 100 sponsors. Eight facilities can be upgraded or built, and a club vision system lets the player choose which philosophy the club follows.
