In Smart City Plan, players are invited to plan a city, marking out its zones, build roads, determine taxes and set policies. The list of available vehicles includes hyperloop, and with the help of a choice of policies we can determine how to handle garbage and the use of energy and water. In the city you can implement vertical landscaping, gun control and speed limits.
