About The Game

Backpack Hero — tells about the adventures of a mouse with a backpack on his back. The heroine travels through caves, swamps, ancient dungeons and other similar places. The action takes place in a medieval fantasy world called Orderia, which is inhabited by humanoid creatures. The locations are endless. They are randomly generated every time. The adventurer not only collects loot, but saves animals. And in between attacks, she returns to her hometown and helps to rebuild it. As the settlement is restored, new content is unlocked. At the same time, new buildings do not make visiting dungeons easier. You can create different builds.

Full Description

This is a simplified roguelike with turn-based battles. The main feature of Backpack Hero is the inventory system. The whole gameplay is built around equipment management. The adventurer periodically finds spears, swords, shields, bows, arrows, crossbows, rings, and potions. In order for an item to reveal its properties, it must be placed next to another suitable item in a bag in a special way. The game has hundreds of items of varying rarity and many ways to combine equipment. Also in this project are 40 varieties of opponents. Each type of enemy has its own techniques and forces the user to memorize the behavior of his opponents. During fights with them, the user opens the backpack and manually selects which item to apply.

How to Install

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files.
