Dark Hours is a 1-4 player co-op survival horror game where you play as thieves whose perfect heist goes awry when a supernatural entity takes over the auction house you’re robbing. The game combines stealth, survival, and co-op gameplay mechanics as players must find an escape route or survive until dawn before a demonic entity begins hunting them down. Gameplay revolves around exploring procedurally generated environments, solving co-op minigames, and managing equipment such as lockpicks, hacking devices, and flashlights. While collecting valuable loot is your primary goal, you must balance greed and stealth as carrying more items makes you noisier and attracts the monster.
What makes Dark Hours unique is its combination of cooperation and betrayal mechanics players can steal from their comrades bags or use them as bait for the creature, adding an element of tension and unpredictability to each session.
