Bye Sweet Carole v1.0.11 (upd.26.01.2026) - TENOKE

Bye Sweet Carole is an indie adventure game combining hand-drawn animation and horror elements, created by Chris Darril of the Remothered series. Set in early 20th-century England during the suffrage movement, players follow young Lana Benton as she searches for her missing friend, Carol Simmons. The investigation leads through the creepy Bunny Hall orphanage to Corolla, a twisted kingdom ruled by the villainous Mr. Keane and the menacing owl, Will, where flocks of tar bunnies pose a constant threat.

The game pays homage to classic animated films and adventure games of the 90s with its distinctive art style and storytelling approach. Players navigate between two contrasting worlds, solving puzzles, sneaking past deadly enemies, and overcoming challenging platforming challenges to uncover dark secrets. A unique transformation mechanic allows Lana to transform into a rabbit, opening up new opportunities to escape danger and access different areas.

The game features memorable characters, from the sympathetic Mr. Busy to the sinister antagonists who control the Corolla. The gameplay combines investigation, stealth, and puzzle solving: players must survive the horrors of both worlds and uncover the truth behind Carol's disappearance. The game was developed by Little Sewing Machine in collaboration with Meangrip Game Studios and Dreams Uncorporated.
