Heart of the Forest is an interactive psychological horror game that places a group of students at the center of sinister events unfolding in the mysterious Black Forest. A tragic journey through a forest inspired by Germanic folklore quickly turns into a desperate fight for survival. The young people find themselves at the mercy of a vengeful entity dwelling in the depths of the forest. The line between reality and nightmare rapidly blurs, and each protagonist's survival depends entirely on their decisions.

The heroes are forced to confront not only external threats but also their own emotional wounds, fears, and secrets from the past, which an ancient evil uses against them. The narrative in Heart of the Forest is told from multiple characters' perspectives, allowing for a deeper understanding of their inner experiences. The fate of the entire group rests in the hands of the player, who must guide them through a series of terrifying trials and try to escape the destructive influence of otherworldly forces.
