In this game, you are a puppeteer who organizes executions, conducts horrific experiments, and prepares a drug known as the Kindemann Remedy. Your new role as a monster is the centerpiece of the game. Within the walls of prison, Dr. Kindeman is ready to do anything to atone for his guilt. Experiment on prisoners at your discretion: let them die in the electric chair or save them for later use as test subjects. Break bones, burn organs or cause gruesome deaths you are a genius and they are your weak-willed guinea pigs.

Embrace your dark side, but be prepared for the moral dilemmas it entails. Playing the evil doctor isn’t just a walk in the park. You need to manage eight different rooms, upgrade them, distribute resources, work with poisons, drugs and dangerous substances, and conduct secret experiments. It’s a lot to juggle, but you’re not alone: Sister Anna is by your side, always ready to carry out the doctor’s orders. As the story progresses, complex characters and a dark storyline raise troubling moral questions, challenging the question of the humanity that lurks on the other side of evil.
