Ao no Kiseki is the sequel to The Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki and continues the story of Lloyd Bannings, Eli MacDowell, Tio Plate and Randy Orlando, the main characters we got to know in the previous game. The game continues the next chapter in Crossbell State, introducing a new threat that will lead the main characters on a whole new adventure, meeting new characters and visiting new places.

The 3D bird’s eye view isometric perspective of the game has not changed, while the gameplay itself has some new features, especially the new serial battle system. The game also features climate change, such as morning, evening or rain. Some quests are even tied to the current climate. In the recreation areas, the game offers several mini-games such as casino games or block options.
