Miami Hotel Simulator puts the player in charge of a hotel complex. The goal is to turn an old establishment into a profitable business through direct management and renovation. Gamers can decorate the interior of the building and expand its capabilities to attract more visitors. In multiplayer mode, friends run a business together, sharing responsibilities for operation and development. Together, they improve the hotel and increase its income, coordinating their actions for well-coordinated teamwork.

The gameplay in Miami Hotel Simulator involves a constant cycle of working with guests and maintaining order. Preparing rooms for new arrivals means cleaning up trash and fixing problems such as clogged toilets. Satisfying customer demands is the basis for generating income. The profitability of the establishment increases with the addition of new facilities, including food courts, bars, and arcade machines. Visitors spend money in these places, contributing to the overall income and stimulating the expansion of the business.

As the business grows, you can hire staff to perform various tasks. Hiring employees, such as cleaners and administrators, automates the management processes. Outside the hotel walls, there is an open world available for exploration, allowing you to buy decor and sell unnecessary items at the pawn shop. This game allows you to buy cars for travel, find hidden things and build a souvenir shop to sell goods. You can explore the city both alone and with partners in the co-op mode.
