Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 The Flower and the Flame is the first major expansion for the acclaimed vampire RPG. Developed by The Chinese Room and published by Paradox Interactive for release in 2026, this RPG action open world horror adventure DLC introduces a new story set in the same dark Seattle. You play as a newly embraced vampire caught between two warring factions. The Flower is a cult of hedonists who believe in experiencing every pleasure. The Flame is a group of fanatics who want to burn away all weakness. Your choices determine which side survives. The latest version of the game adds a new district to the open world, complete with gothic nightclubs, abandoned churches, and secret underground lairs.

Action combat is fast and brutal, with new disciplines like plant control and fire manipulation. RPG mechanics include branching dialogue, faction reputation, and multiple endings. Open world exploration is rewarding. You can climb fire escapes, break into apartments, and feed on unsuspecting citizens. Horror comes from the atmosphere, the whispers in the dark, the way your reflection does not match. Adventure quests are complex and morally grey. You never know who is lying.
